Information
Commodities that have been processed to the point where they do not remain capable of being infested with quarantine pests and thereof, should not be regulated. The importation of these products does not require an SPS Import Clearance, but the importer shall secure a Certificate of Non-Coverage. This is also known as the Plant Quarantine Services Clearance
