  5. 5. Applicants pay at the cashier section, EMB
  6. 6. EMB records division provides Doc. No. and routes to POD documents for evaluation
  7. 7. POD/PEMO evaluates and makes recommendations
  8. 8. POD PM evaluates and makes recommendations
  9. 9. If approved, EMB-EQD for further review and makers recommendations to the EMB director. If disapproved, applicants resubmit required documentation.
  10. 10. Upon approval, EMB director signs and routes back to EMB -EQD for recording and release. If disapproved, POD/PEMO reviews again the application.
