Issuance of Certificate of Release

  1. 1. Receive request for the issuance of Certificate of Release.
  2. 2. Review and evaluate the submitted documents, i.e. airway bill and shipping documents, also, refer to radioactive material license for the coverage of authorization.
  3. 3. Pay corresponding fees at at the PNRI Cashiers' office.
  4. 4. Prepare the Certificate of Release.
  5. 5. Review and verify the prepared Certificate of Release.
  6. 6. Approve the Certificate of Release for release to the license.
  7. 7. Affix the PNRI dry seal and issue release certificate.

Issuance of Certification For Non-Dual Use

  1. 1. Receive request for issuance of certification
  2. 2.Review documents submitted.
  3. 3. Pay corresponding fee at PNRI Cashier's Office
  4. 4. Prepare cerification
  5. 5. Approve certification
  6. 6. Affix the PNRI dry seal and issue certification

Within the day

A fee of prescribed in CPR Part 22 "Fees and Charges For Radioactive Material License and Other Related Regulatory Services" for issuance of Certificate of Release for customs clearance and release of the radioactive shipment to an authorized consignor or consignee.
