Legal Basis is given to the Philippine International Trading Corporation to regulate this commodity via LOI No. 444 (Promulgating Guidelines on Trade Socialist and Other CentraIly-Planned Economy Countries} dated 9 August 1967, as amended by EO NO.244 dated 12 May 1995

Documentary Requirements Procedure Lead Time Processing Fee
  1. 1. Commercial Invoice
  2. 2. Bill of Lading (if available)
  1. 1. Importer files duly accomplished import application form together with the necessary documentary requirements
  2. 2. Payment of appropriate Processing Fees
  3. 3. Application for approval and signature of VP for International Trade and Services Group.

Special Instructions

Import clearance maybe secured from PITC prior to or upon arrival of importation pending release from Bureau of Customs.

Application maybe approved and signed within the day of filing, depending on the availability of the signatory.

Invoice Value in USD Processing Fee
Below USD 50, 000 Php 1, 100.00 for first item
Below USD 100, 000 Php 1, 650.00 for first item
USD 100, 000 and above Php 2, 200.00 for first item

NOTE: Php 110.00 shall be collected for every additional item per invoice for all of the above range of processing fees
