Authoriy to Release Imported Goods (ATRIG)

  1. 1. Payment and Form 0605 (Payment of Advance VAT)

  3. 3. Uncertaking (if for sale, Name of Client/ Address/TIN)
  4. 4. Bill of Lading
  5. 5. Commercial Invoice
  6. 6. Packing List
  7. 7. Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303)- Importer & Broker
  8. 8. Draft Import Entry
  9. 9. Phytosanitary Certificate
  10. 10. Bureau of Plant Industry Clearance
  1. 1. Importer/Broker will file at the Revenue District Office having territorial jurisdiction over the Port of Entry
  2. 2. Receiving Officer checks the completeness of the basic documentary requirements. If found complete, RO receives the application and forward documents to concerned Processing Officer.
  3. 3. Processing Officer (Revenue Officer) evaluates the submitted documentary requirements to determine whether or not the application requires any of the following:
    1. a. Conduct of ocular inspection;
    2. b. Resolution of technical/factual issue (for referral to the Laboratory Unit);
    3. c. Resolution of legal issues (for referral to the Law Division).
  4. 4. Processing Officer (Examiner) prepares ATRIG for approval and signature of the duly authorized official.
  5. 5. Processing officer forwards the ATRIG to approving official (Group supervisor-Chief, Assessment Section- Revenue District officer-Director's Office) for final review and signature.
  6. 6. Releasing officer prepares transmittal letter addressed to BOC covering all approved ATRIGs for the day, for signature by the approving official.
  7. 7. Releasing Officer sends transmittal letter, together with the original copy(ies) of the approved ATRIG thrue a designated Revenue officer, directly to the BOC.
  8. 8. Revenue Officer designated to supervise release of imported articles shall proceed to BOC to oversee the physical release of imported articles.

  1. 1. Importer/Broker will login to www.nsw.gov.ph and fill up and submit application for ATRIG thru NSW System
  2. 2. Receiving Officer checks the completeness of the basic documentary requirements. If found complete, RO receives the application thru NSW system, assigns Office Control Code and forward documents to concerned Processing Officer. If application is rejected/ hold, importer will be notified thru email that application was rejected or in pending state.
  3. 3. Processing Officer (Revenue Officer) evaluates the submitted documentary requirements to determine whether or not the application requires any of the following:
    1. a. Conduct of ocular inspection;
    2. b. Resolution of technical/factual issue (for referral to the Laboratory Unit);
    3. c. Resolution of legal issues (for referral to the Law Division).
  4. 4. Processing Officer prepares computation in excel format, prepares eATRIG and forward docket to Reviewing Officer.

  1. 1. Importer/Broker will login to www.nsw.gov.ph and fill up and submit application for ATRIG thru NSW System
  2. 2. Receiving Officer checks the completeness of the basic documentary requirements. If found complete, RO receives the application thru NSW system, assigns Office Control Code and forward documents to concerned Processing Officer. If application is rejected/ hold, importer will be notified thru email that application was rejected or in pending state.
  3. 3. Processing Officer (Revenue Officer) evaluates the submitted documentary requirements to determine whether or not the application requires any of the following:
    1. a. Conduct of ocular inspection;
    2. b. Resolution of technical/factual issue (for referral to the Laboratory Unit);
    3. c. Resolution of legal issues (for referral to the Law Division).
  4. 4. Processing Officer prepares computation in excel format, prepares eATRIG and forward docket to Reviewing Officer.
  5. 5. Reviewing Officer reviews eATRIG. Forward docket to Approving Officer, if found in order. Otherwise, return docket to Processing Officer.
